In our factory we cook the live mussel and remove the shells. The mussels are then put into a rich marinade where they absorb flavour.  

 

Packaged in 300g pottles, they come in four delicious flavours:

  • Natural
  • Roast Garlic
  • Tomato and Chilli
  • Woodsmoke
