Apples

Apples are a good source of dietary fibre and vitamin C, and very low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium.

Pears

Rich in dietary fiber and vitamin C, pears are sodium free, fat free and cholesterol free. Also low in salicylates and benzoates which makes them a delicious and nutritious inclusion for the allergy suffers diet.
