KONO Marinated Mussel salad with orange, spring onion and capers, kelp pepper
Easy to prepare and even easier washing up. Quick, tasty and nutritious, mussels are the ultimate and healthy no fuss cooking.
(Serves 4 people)
½ iceberg lettuce
2 T capers
2 oranges sliced
2 spring onions
4 T olive oil
3 T KONO Mussel marinade
1 300g pottle of KONO Marinated Mussels (pick your flavour)
2 tomatoes, cut into thick wedges
1 Tsp kelp pepper
Break the lettuce into pieces and wash, draining well, mix with remaining ingredients and place KONO mussels on top, garnish with capers and season with kelp pepper and salt.
Enjoy.
