Marinated Mussels with Cucumber and Crème Fraiche

To impress your friends, try this easy way to present marinated mussels so that you get the wow factor!

as seen at the Havelock Mussel festival, presented by chef Chris Fortune

(Serves 4 people)

2  pottles of KONO Marinated Mussels (your choice of flavour)
¼ of cucumbers
50 g of crème fraiche or sour cream
½ tomato diced, pulp removed

  • Using a vegetable peeler or very sharp knife make long slithers of cucumber and wrap around the mussels, top with a little cream fraiche or sour cream and garnish with tomato. 
  • Serve on table spoons arranged on a platter – preparation time 4 minutes.
